For those who have wondered what goes on behind the scenes at the Thorpe Park Resort, this great family day out for two children and two adults with eye-opening backstage tour gives a real glimpse of the park’s world famous rollercoaster workshop.
Visit many of the park’s ‘staff only’ areas and find out amazing insider facts about favourite rides from one of the park’s rollercoaster engineers.
Learn all about the work that goes into opening any major park ride and witness what happens when a rollercoaster is launched.
If that wasn’t enough, this experience includes full entry for four, so take the rest of the day to enjoy Thorpe Park and many of its famous attractions, including The Swarm, Saw Alive, Stealth, Rush and many more.

What you need to know:

• Participant Guidelines
Designed for two adults and two children (under 18s must be accompanied by adults). Participants must be able to walk unaided up and down steep stairs. Some rides are subject to height restrictions.

• Duration
The park is generally open from 10am – 7pm. Please check https://www.thorpepark.com for exact opening times in case of seasonal changes.

• Numbers on the Day
Share the workshop experience with up to 11 others, led by a dedicated tour guide.

• Dress Code
Please dress comfortably and wear closed in, flat-soled shoes. No heels or sandals please.

• Availability
The resort is open seven days a week between 12th March and 8th November. Your booking must be made by 27/03/2016?.

• Venue
Thorpe Park Resort, Staines Road, Chertsey, Surrey KT16 8PN.
