MBNA help

Wonder can anyone help me. I'm being given the runaround by MBNA credit card. Was wondering if anyone could help me gather a list of directors etc or a direct contact list for them.
I have been promised calls from them that have never materialised.
spent approx £20 on calls to the Customer Advocate's office, its just on a constant loop.
I just feel like emailing the prople at the top to see if they can possibly help me.

    £20 on calls? but is there Customer service not freephone?. I would put something in writing if I was you, they are obliged to acknowledge your letter within 5 days and a response within 28 days, good luck!

    Customer Services is a freephone number, but the office i want ( customer advocates is not), the people on the freephone number will not put me through.
    I'll send them a wee letter today.
    I'm trying to get hold off them because i sent them a letter 38 days ago and no reply.
