How do I back up 3 iPhones on same pc

I've got a new pc. I'd like to start as I mean to go on. We have 3 of us with iPhones who use one pc. Is there a correct way to use the same PC for multiple iPhones itunes. If so how do I do it? I ask because when I've tried to do back up on different handsets on itunes it won't let me do it and at one time I had to go through the rigmarole of finding the cookies and deleting them. I've forgotten how I even did that as it's been a while and we've managed for a while but now we've got new phones and A new pc I'd like to sort it out. We have individual Apple id for each phone. Thanks to anyone who can help.

By far the easiest way would be to setup 3 different user accounts on the computer for each user/iphone.

That way each iTunes library (and subsequent backups) remain separated.
