Hi,

I'm interested in investing some money into this fund. Can you only invest through an adviser or is there another way?

You can invest without an adviser if you can find an intermediary that does it on non-advice basis. However, do not assume that it will be cheaper that way. DIY can still be paid commissions whereas advisers cannot. On medium to larger size investments, it can be cheaper to use an adviser on commission paying products as the fee will often be lower than the commission.

There have been comments in the media that the Govt wants to abolish commission on DIY products as many believe they pay less by going DIY but end up paying more. They want all distributions to be fee based (some DIY distributions on own product already do that - e.g. investment platforms)
