Hi all

I have an Asus Eee PC X101CH Pink Netbook (think that's what they call them). It's my daughter's and she only used it for a couple of weeks and it has been back in the box since then (over a year ago).

She wanted to swap it for something in CEX but they said they could not take it because it had no disc with it and they have to uninstall and reinstall before re-sale (I think that's what she meant). Doe anyone know what disc I would need and if I could get one as it's just sitting here otherwise?

TIA

ETA - Just had a good look at the netbook and I can't see anywhere you could put a disc anyway? Is there a way just to wipe the netbook and restore to factory settings? (If I'm making no sense, please ignore me, I'm not technically minded)!

You should be able to perform a factory reset using the hidden recovery partition. Instructions here: How to Restore an Asus Eee PC Netbook
