From aqua to TSB Platinum

Hi. I`m new into credit cards and I`ve got few questions.

I`ve got Aqua credit card with £950 limit and current balance is £550.
I`ve succesfuly applied to TSB Platinum with a £4000 limit 0% APR BT for first 13 months and 0% APR for shopping.

I havn`t recieved TSB Platinum yet but I log on into my TSB account and tried to BT £550 to Aqua and error occured saying that Aqua card rejected BT.
Anyone had same problem?
Don`t know what to do.
Maybe I should wait until I activate my new CC ?

the same thing happened to me. Wait until the card is active and try again. It will probably work.

yes. wait until you have activated the card, and then perhaps request the BT over the phone, then you can get a person on the case and have their name along with their assurance that the BT is going ahead.

how will you use the rest of your limit, or won't you?
