Hello,
I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on whether this quote is fair:
1) Take out fire place and hearth
2) Make new box for the box hole
3) Plaster front and sides of fire place
4) Lay laminate underlay (for a 5.5x4m room and 1.5x2.5 m landing)
5) Lay laminate only
6) Fit scocha or equivalent
7) Fit underlay and laminate in hall, upstairs and door bars
8) Cut access in boiler room (small hole above boiler)
9) Run new 6mm earth bond (for gas meter)
10) Fit new oak shelf over fire place
labour and materials £2480
We're in South East London zone 5.
Thank you.
