As part of the Fish is the Dish 'Great Omega-3 Giveaway', every month in 2015 one lucky winner will be selected to receive a fabulous Fish is the Dish Seafood Hamper which will comprise of £75 worth of seafood of their choice, aprons and so much more!

We are even making this competition extra easy and instead of getting you to answer a question we just want you to let us know how many portions of fish you eat each week. There's no right or wrong answer, just let us know!

Entries open Wednesday 4th March 2015 and close at 23.59pm on Thursday 31 December 2015. One winner will be picked on Friday 13 March, Friday 20 March, Friday 27 March, 30 April and then on the last day of each month until the end date of the competition.

The prize consists of £75 of seafood, which will be delivered to the winner at a time of their convenience

Does anyone agree that you just enter this once and are entered into a monthly draw, or do you think you enter again each month?

I don't know for definite whether this is once only for the duration, or if you can enter each month.

It has already been posted five times for the previous comps, including the current comp ending 31/05, so people entering from this thread are likely to be making their sixth entry in total and their second for May's comp.
