1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only. This excludes staff and employees of Iceland or contractors or any agencies connected with the prize draw, and members of their immediate families.
2. One winner will win a two-night break to Verona for 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child (one of whom must be the winner), plus £500 in cash. Return economy class flights from and to an airport within the UK and accommodation in Verona are included up to the maximum value of £1,500. All other associated costs (such as travel insurance, tax, hold luggage fees, transfers to and from airports, excursions and food and drink or other personal expenses) are not included. Flight times and accommodation dates are subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable.
3. To enter the prize draw, the entry form at https://www.poweroffrozen.co.uk/competition/trip-to-verona must be completed in full and submitted online between 10 am on Friday 22nd May 2015 and 12 noon on Friday 29th May 2015. Each entrant must provide their name, email address, postal address and telephone number to enter. Entrants must also select the correct answer (from three options) to the following question in order to be entered in the prize draw: According to Iceland’s new #PowerofFrozen TV advert (to be premiered on ITV at or around 8.15pm on Saturday 23rd May 2015), because it’s frozen we can bring delicious soft gelato from Verona to the grans in which coastal town?
4. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to enter. Internet access is required but there is no charge to register for use of the website.
5. Each entrant may only enter the prize draw once. No responsibility will be taken for entries that are incomplete, lost or destroyed due to a computer or other error beyond the control of Iceland. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition has closed and will be contacted on or before Friday 5th June 2015 by telephone. The winner will need to contact Iceland within two weeks of being notified that they have won to confirm their details. Iceland will be responsible for booking the prize and the winner will assist Iceland in identifying suitable dates and flight times. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold valid passports and any necessary visas and travel documents to claim the prize on the chosen dates.
7. If a selected winner cannot be contacted as a result of incorrect entry data, or Iceland has tried without success to contact a selected winner for two weeks the prize will be re-drawn and reallocated in accordance with the process set out above.
8. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into in this respect.
9. Dates and names of those travelling cannot be changed once they have been notified to the travel agent and Iceland shall not be liable for any such changes or for any cancellation of the prize by the winner.
