Yes mobile phone companies are able to report to the credit reference agencies, as long as the information reported is accurate.

Is the CCJ still outstanding? Does it relate to one of the accounts listed on your credit file?

Are the amounts you have listed the amount of the default? or the current outstanding balance per your credit file?

Are the creditors charging interest on any of the accounts?

The record of the £244 capquest debt will fall off your credit file next month anyway, so you might want to prioritise paying the others first.

If you are planning to make reduced settlement offers to the debt collectors then this factsheet may be useful - https://www.nationaldebtline.org/EW/factsheets/Pages/24%20EW%20Full%20and%20final%20settlement%20offers/Default.aspx

To be absolutely honest, I have no idea if the figures are correct and am not really sure how to find out if they are or not. They where old contracts with more than likely , missed payment charges and other things on them.

Yes the CCJ Relates to the following account and is still outstanding.

    LOWELL PORTFOLIO I LTD Communications Default G £372 08/02/2015 DEFAULT DATE = 26/5/2013

Yes they are the default outstanding Balance

Not as far as am aware, I think all the charges have already been placed.

I was thinking this, so does that mean its probably not worth while trying to settle this account?
