Ebuyer are the worst for adding extra P&P charges

Ebuyer are always emailing me deals with free royal mail postage, but when I put in our address the charges go on.
Now living on the isle of Arran, you do get used to increased charges with couriers etc, but royal mail don't charge any extra.

So when a deal if offered with free Royal mail delivery it smarts a bit when Ebuyer adds an extortionate delivery cost.

I have emailed them several times over the last few years and they say their software package does this automatic and there is nothing they can do. Well high time for new software and stop trying to rip us islanders off.

    Shop elsewhere, problem solved.

    1. Ebuyer are hardly cheap in general.
    2. Their CS service is !!!!!
    3. Their returns are !!!!!
    4. Ebuyer is run by the same company as Wrens Kitchen so that says it all.

Easily sorted by going elsewhere as was said above.

Plus you said it yourself, isle of Arran = increased postage - I don't think anything I've ordered off ebuyer has been delivered by Royal Fail (thankfully).

That said, I only use eBuyer when I need something ASAP, and for that I can't fault them, you can order a hard drive at 8-9 pm at night and have it delivered the next morning without fail.

Unless they both have their companies registered at a third party location, it looks like it's correct.

It could just be the accountant. About 50 companies registered to that address

Hence the reason I mentioned that the businesses could simply be registered at a third party location.

Tom while I agree with 2-5, I have generally found them cheap. Where do you suggest that undercuts Ebuyer (but isn't ebay or amazon)?

Wikipedia :) agrees with you; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wren_Kitchens:
Wren Kitchens was founded in 2009, and is a sister company of Ebuyer.com...
