re-adobe flash again

Hi Guys, usual adobe problem, Secunia PSI says adobe flash needs updating. Adobe says it will do it next time Chrome updates. Chromes just updated, but, not Flash. I don't have Flash installed on Pc, so cannot remove it, it's part of Chrome browser.
Any ideas, how to update it. Tried doing it from FileHippo, but same as Adobe.
adobe 7x. 2 updates. Pain in the backside Adobe.

Just because Secunia PSI says it needs updating doesn't actually mean it DOES need updating.

Chtome uses its own version of flash called pepperflash, as its built into chrome, it will be updated whenever chrome is, so if you are on the latest version of chrome, you should be on the latest version of pepperflash.

it is possible to replace it with adobe flash, but its not something you would normally need to do

Hi, Chrome updated itself yesterday, to latest version.Up to date today.
PSI has always been accurate in all the years I have used it.
Doesn't mention pepperflash.? unles( 7x npapi) is pepperflash.?
