Once again this points up the fact that many lawyers don't know the the basic ins and outs of civil law, especially that pertaining to trespass. What are they teaching in law school? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

In my experience most so-called professionals these days don't know their a**e from their elbow. At the same time we mere mortals are held to be incapable of figuring anything out for ourselves and are constantly exhorted to "take professional advice".
Well if it's that important to me I'll do my own research thanks.Je suis Charlie.0 -
well the feathers have been ruffled at the DVLA , after a rather stupid letter from Brian Dodge yesterday afternoon regarding ANPR ltd and access for data , 08.30 this morning a new email arrives

Trev will soon sort an Algorithm to enable him to access the DVLA database, by joining two 240v cables together, and obtaining 480v, melting down his old clamps he invented, and inventing a machine to circumnavigate the DVLA's security.
All he needs now is to find which car park N Martin is sitting in and get him back to the shed to empty the clamps out.0 -
@Freddy - have you linked/posted the B Dodge letter as per your post #4, perhaps I've missed it?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Beware of libel, Freddy. Vague accusations about the council or the DVLA are one thing, but be careful about naming names!Je suis Charlie.0
