    That's actually an urban legend, they prefer to relieve themselves in their landlords BTL or at their mums.

    with land comes responsibilities, fencing , clearing, grazing etc


    Woodland- no IHT
    woodland- overpriced (cant do nowt with it)


    Buy agricultural land, SFT entitlement and TAC out for grazing
    Debt is a symptom, solve the problem.
