The prize comprises: a) A fourteen (14) night Mediterranean P&O cruise, departing from Southampton, based on the winner and companion sharing a twin or double Balcony Cabin including all on-board meals, excluding drinks and speciality restaurants; b) £250 towards transfers at ports of call during cruise; and c) Travel insurance for two.

The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element and at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

Ship, ports of call and itinerary may vary depending on the date of departure. Ports of call may include a combination of Barcelona, Monte Carlo, Pisa, Rome, Alicante, Gibraltar and Valencia. 2015/2016 cruise schedule can be viewed here:

The cruise is subject to availability at the time of booking and the prize winner must give the prize provider at least six weeks’ notice of their preferred travel dates. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is available on various dates departing between 1st July 2015 and 30th June 2016 and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Additionally the prize cannot be redeemed between 19 December 2015 – 5 January 2016 or during Bank/Public Holidays in the UK (31 August 2015, 25 & 28 March 2016, 2 & 30 May 2016).

The prize winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport with at least 6 months validity at time of travel and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Europe (exact countries to be determined when date of departure has been decided). It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the prize winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the local laws in the various European countries visited. It is highly recommended that the winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

P&O Cruises reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the prize offered is not available.

No complimentary or paid for upgrades will be given to the prize winner or their guest.
