Need Home office desk - Furniture HELP NEEDED

I worked in the office furniture industry for years and found Ikea the best for home office stuff. Costco also does reasonable office furniture if you're a member.
If you need it to start a small business, you could also try Green Works, the Freecycle type organisation for recycling used office furniture from all those posh offices for use by charities, schools and start up businesses. See https://www.green-works.co.uk.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Fair enough. You ask for help and I thought I was helping. Maybe if you are stamping your feet, you should go o ELC. I assumed that PC World sold the type of desk you were looking for.0

I was stamping my feet in a tongue-in-cheek fashion.

I tried to look on Ikea's website yesterday but the pictures wouldnt download
.
I tried greenworks but the webpage isnt there! it isnt for an office it is just for me to use. I cant get on with the puter desk as I cant get my seat underneath and it is giving me a bad back. Well, a worse back actually.

This place does deal mainly in office furniture but does get some stuff suitable for home offices. Stocking is a bit like TK Maxx - they only have what is there when you are looking round, so timing is everything. It is all solid 'made-up' stuff, rather than flat packed..so transport would be required. You don't have to take it straight away though, you can make payment and collect another day. For small companies its ideal. I've been to Silvertown and they are very helpful and friendly.. and can deliver0 -
Depending in which area you live, go into yell.com & type office furniture. I recently bought a lovely desk at a fraction of the cost, it was used but no marks or damaged. Bargain! You do get what you pay for. I've just replaced a cheapo flat pack unit (less than 2 months old from MFI)0
