Account in single name requiring three signatures

I understand that I was explaining an alternative as I'm not sure that three signatures can be done. I know many people have both to sign on current and savings accounts, but never had three signatures at the same time,

Can be done as a business account, partnership account, with all three to sign. Personal joint accounts are usually automatically either to sign except in the case of dispute.
But as others have mentioned sounds like they need legal advice and possibly another trust set up.0
