UKCPS Appeal rejected

Hi there,
Appealed the original PCN as per the thread at the top fines forum with the template. They have rejected this and said an appeal can be made to the IAS. How do I go about this as it says in the sticky thread to get the latest advice on this?
Would rather not pay £60 to these jokers.
Many thanks in advance!

You don't go about it at all because it's not worth trying.
DON'T hand them that advantage - NO NO NO! Stop and see what happens next and if there is a retail park involved - COMPLAIN NOW!
Same advice as here which is about another IPC firm:

HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

the rejection tells you how to appeal to the IAS
it tells you to use their site and put in your pcn number and attach your appeal, within 21 days
so if you are appealing , that is what you do, with a bespoke appeal
but its likely to be rejected as over 80% of these IAS appeals are rejected by skippy, the bush kangaroo , so expect a rejection by the IAS too
or go down the ignore route and try to get a landowner cancellation
its an LBC or an MCOL (court papers) you would need to deal with over the next 6 years, if UKCPS try it0 -

It most certainly is. Although you are most likely to lose an IAS appeal, it will virtually shut the door on any possibility that the PPC will take you to court.
It will not be signed, so could have been written by the tea boy, it will reverse normal evidential rules in, and it will faoil to address valid legal argument; it may even tell you that the IPC COP is not binding on the PPC. It is far from independent, and, I believe, guarantees the members an 80% refusal rate.
The in house solicitors, Gladstones, (same address, Red Cow Yard), will threaten you with penury, bankruptcy, and worse, but they will not take you to court, no bailiffs will call, and you will not get a CCJ.
The wheels are going to come ofgf the Red Cow Gang's scam, sooner or later, and a sheaf of daft refusals from their "Independent" adjudicators will, I hope, hasten that processYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
