Jsa to incapasity benifit?

i ws diagnosed with perthes disease as a child and hadhave too major opperations and have always sufferd from pain but i have always continued to work the last 18 months the pain has gradualy gotten worse i was refferd by my gp to a specialist who told me i will needa hip replacement within the next 12-24 months. im currenty on jsa and intent to claim incapasity benifit, what id like to know is will they continue to pay me my jsa untill my incapasity benifit is sorted out because i cant afford go go without money for a few weeks wating for my incapisty benift to be paid.:o
