yes I know , that's where I picked up on so many words (companies) being used by the coop bloke , he seems to have gone out of his way to use a lot more info than is needed in a reply to Alec , who he knows to talk to.

chris jones , knows alec shepp , and did not need to elaborate that much ,

seems a lot of company names and reg numbers , who was the original contract with , did the coop actually give permission for another company to patrol , and infact where the debts from the original company , sold by another company to deal?

It seems that, slowly and surely, the wheels are coming off this scam. Far from clearing their name. the C0-op appear to have made matters worse for themselves, not one word of apology for all of those per POFA try ons.

Its not as if they were Waitrose, with a healthy respect for their shareholders' best interests, they appointed a totally unsuitable chairman, have thrown money at Ed Balls's unfortunate campaign to suck on the public teet for a further five years, (and to hand our taxes to benefit scroungers), and I believe that their banking arm is on dodgy ground.

It is time they stopped supporting losers and went back to their original ideals.

CO-OP signed the "letter" PP, this means signed on behalf of.
So the letter they issued signed with PP is useless evidentially any way in court.
As it is getting used to bully customers many who might have been elderly and unable to compete the shopping time trial CO-OP should be looking at obtaining an injunction on the contract and applying to have it nullified in the interests of customer relations.
The fiasco should also serve as A warning to other Supermarkets as to the calibre of people you are letting lose on your customers.
I do Contracts, all day every day.
