Waited 27 days for my NTK, what now?

I was advised by the posters on here to wait 21 days for my NTK to come through the post.
Then I was advised to send the parking company an email using the template on this site.
Its now the 27th day, and was wondering if anybody has anybody advice? Ive had no contact from the company at all.
This is carrying on from my original post:
Hi there, It has now been 17 days since I was issued with this ticket.
Basically, It was my first day driving to college in my car as I had just passed my driving test. I had parked in the college car park and was going to go and collect my permit however I would of been late for my class so thought it would be okay just to delay it for a 1 hour and 20 mins.
After my lesson I went and got my permit and then went to my car to display it but I had already got a ticket.
My ticket is from F1rst PARKING.
The charge is for not displaying my permit, obviously.
I was wondering what is the best I can do in this situation?
Should I just ignore it, as they're private company and have no legal rights to take me to court, just ignore all the letters they send me?
Or will I be successful in appealing this ticket and how do I go about that?
Really appreciate any help I can get as this ticket is now £70 (stupidly didn't do anything about it in the first 14 days) and being a student this is a lot of money!
ALSO Im in East Sussex

Oops! I didnt actually add that I have not received the NTK and had no contact0

if you had a windscreen ticket then the NTK should arrive between day 29 and day 56
clearly you have not understood this process, so please read the NEWBIES sticky thread
you would have been advised to send the appeal to a small fry company on or after day 21 , or wait for the NTK with the bigger companies
who told you they have no legal rights to take you to court ?
anyone can do so for an unpaid invoice , but they may fail the legal process if they do so
ps:- your previous thread was here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5238023 , so there was no need to open a new thread as its the same topic0 -

You're lucky this isn't ParkingEye - try telling them that! 30,000 (thirty thousand) court papers issued to motorists by them in just 12 months! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

OK, so I just wait for the NTK to come though, then I send the e-mail.
If this is unsuccessful will I have to pay £70 or an even bigger fee?
The company is F1rst parking btw, guessing they're quick big?0 -
Wow OK haha point proven0

You haven't grasped this at all. It will be unsuccessful. Then you go to the next appeal stage, PoPLA, which will very likely be successful if you do it properly, but even if not you still don't pay.
Suggest you read the Newbies thread.Je suis Charlie.0 -
I have now read the noobie post about 3 times and still do not found it very clear, I get all of it but I am just unsure when I need to do my first appeal. Its now been 28 days, do I wait for the NTK to come then write the first appeal through email, or do i do it now?0

you do the above, no matter how long it takes, dont be so impatient
it was never going to come so soon, but may come in the next 4 weeks or so (or never)
it definitely was not going to come in the 28 days as they cannot get RK details in that first 28 days0 -
Right my PCN turned up.
I don't see any email address on it and the only way to contact them is by writing to them or by ringing them.
Do I have to write out the first appeal (the one provided on the noob sticky) then send it to them through the post? I dont mind doing that but if I can e-mail them that would be a lot less hassle.
Thanks0 -
If there's no email address then you'll have to use snail mail.
You do the following:
1. Copy and paste the initial appeal template from the current (recently updated) NEWBIES sticky (same thread as before, just brought up to date).
2. Take it to the Post Office (not just stick it in the letterbox), go to the counter, first class stamp and get a free Certificate of Posting (not 'Signed For'). Keep that certificate safe.
3. Wait for the inevitable rejection by the PPC - up to 35 days. In the intervening period read up NEWBIES sticky post #3 about how to construct your (eventual) POPLA appeal. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
