Hi,
Sorry I have a bit of confusing with how to deal with this after reading the sticky. I've hired a car for the day, the garages for my new house are condemned and have a chain infront of them leaving nowhere to park, the allie that leads to them is 2.5 cars wide so I park infront of the chains while popped indoors to grab some bits and come back to a ticket.
Now after reading I need to appeal asap to get them onto me and not the hire company and inform the hire company that I have appealed and not to pay etc. But I'm not sure what I should be saying in this appeal? any help would be great

Oh sorry, Parking ticketing limited. They're a member of BPA.
Also link to the latter... lol0 -
Looking at their website, they say their customers include City of Westminster (presumably Council) and the Learning + Skills Council.
Both public bodies and both FOI-able!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
