court order

I had a severe illness and neglected to renew my boat licence. I received a court order saying I must remove my boat immediatly. I moved it to the only private marina I could find. Now I want to move the boat to a repair yard, the only way to get there is by the water I am banned from. The waterway owners refuse.0

This all comes back to one thing - pay what you owe and your problem will be solved. Perhaps with the inheritance you have hidden?0 -
As above...rufuschucklebutty wrote: »I'm getting a cash sum from my late dads estate, however I have a court order I am fighting and I don't want this money in my bank account where it can be possibly seized.
It will be in the region of £5 to 10 ,000 , it would be held by my brother until I sort out this court order, and he lives too far away , so we rarely meet up. So i need a way to have it paid to me in cash, as and when I need it, with no paper trail.
Ideas please ???
You could hide the money on the boat, maybe dig a hole in the bottom....0 -
I've just spotted where the OP lives, so I will take a flying guess that he is stuck in the Peartree Bridge Marina in Milton Keynes. Half term next week and not a lot planned - perhaps if the OP could let us know when he is going to try to move it I could take some popcorn down there to munch whilst enjoying free entertainment?0

Did we really need such a mahoosive image in post #9?0

How much money does the court order say you have to pay?
Did you contest the case when it came to court?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
