thankyou dennis do i just address it to my IP then? because talking to relationship managers doesnt get me anywhere
also how long do i give it for a responseWhat goes around-comes around0 -
Hi again
Sorry, I don't get notifications of replies so a bit slow in noticing your latest question.
A copy of your IP's complaints procedure should be readily available on request - this will indicate how quickly you should get a response and how soon you are entitled to escalate the matter. Your complaint should normally be addressed by someone at the firm who has not been directly involved in your case up to that point.
You can go straight to the Complaints Gateway (see my link above in my first post) but it is strongly recommended that you try to resolve the matter with the IP first.
