in Credit cards
I saw a link here for PockitCard and got one i had been using it fine when putting on £10 or £20 and when i put £40 on the other day i tried to log into the site but couldnt and the £40 wasnt on the card i couldnt use it.
I rang them which was a nightmare and was told they would ring me back, he said they needed passport or driving license which i dont have, im disabled and cant really travel and i dont drive.
Ive used up all my phone credit now and they dont seem to be answering my emails.
Im disabled and use the card for ordering food delivered and i use it online. i cant afford to loose £40 its already causing me problems.
What should i do please.

You can call them on 020 7078 2717 or 020 7107 0113 instead of burning up phone credit on the 0844 number.Evolution, not revolution0
