Investment consolidated tax certificate - When do you receive yours?

I am still waiting for my consolidated tax certificate from Hargreaves Lansdown despite it saying on their website that it will available from mid-May. I am now beng told it will be available at the end of May.

My cert from TD Direct Investing were pretty quick this year, available online by end of April, though I do have one account with them for which they send stuff by post, received early May. Didn't check the exact date as I don't need to do anything with them until next Jan...
According to the online archive my last annual consolidated tax certs on my main unwrapped account were produced:
