Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 16 or over.
A parent or guardian must accompany any winners under 18 and
must have a ticket to attend.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person;
duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
There is one First Prize, and five Runner Up Prizes in total.

The First Prize consists of:
1x pair of Ball Zone (standing) tickets to Capital’s Summertime Ball
at Wembley Stadium on June 6th 2015.
Tickets will be sent via courier; the winner may need to sign for the delivery.
A backstage tour at Capital’s Summertime Ball.
£250 supplied either as a cheque addressed in the name of the winner only, or a bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner’s name.
It is possible that the money may not come through until after the Event.

The five Runner Up Prizes each consist of:
1x pair of general admission tickets to Capital’s Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium on June 6th 2015.
Tickets will be sent via courier; the winner may need to sign for the delivery.
£250 supplied either as a cheque addressed in the name of the winner only, or a bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner’s name.
It is possible that the money may not come through until after the Event.

The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative Prize.
It is the winner’s responsibility to get to the venue in time for Capital’s Summertime Ball ("the Event").
Global Radio is not responsible if the winner is refused entry to the venue due to being late or in breach of the venue’s admission terms and conditions.
It is the First Prize winner’s responsibility to be at the agreed meeting point at the pre-agreed time to obtain the backstage tour.
The First Prize winner must be contactable on the day via mobile phone
By being present at the Event you consent to being filmed and/or recorded. You also agree not to assert any moral (or similar) rights and give all necessary consents under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988
(as amended) and all other applicable legislation in respect of any film
and/or recordings.
Please note that BAL is entitled to make full use of any film and/or recording in all current and future media worldwide without any liability or payment to you, including permitting others to do the same.
All persons who wish to gain access to the Event must have a valid Ticket.
Neither the Ticket Holder nor any other person is entitled to assign, donate, transfer or otherwise dispose of any rights arising from the Ticket, or the Ticket itself, to any third party, including, without limitation, if the transferee does or intends to:
(a) sell, resell, expose, offer or make available for sale, auction, donate or otherwise dispose of Ticket(s) in any manner or place whatsoever, including, without limitation, online via an online auction website; and/or
(b) transfer or use such rights or a Ticket as part of or for any unauthorised:
(c) advertising, sales or promotional purposes;
(d) premium give-away, competition, prize draw or sweepstake; or
(e) hospitality or travel package.
Global Radio reserves the right to change the line up of the event and substitute any part of the prize at any time.
The prize does not include food or refreshments.
The winner and guest agree that he or she is subject to these Conditions and to the Venue Conditions.
