WTC time scales for 1st payment

Hi

Just wondering as my application for WTC was completed and posted yesterday:

What are the expected time scales for 1st payment.
I presume I will get confirmation in writing...as my existing PIP past 3 yrs (I have M.S.)

Only thing I didn't mention on the WTC form was can I request a refund for WTC as it could been applied for when my PIP was completed via Atos 3 yrs ago.

Can you answer why 3K is reduced from wtc (salary 15000 p/a)
not complaining as every little helps whilst working and living with MS
