Buyer wants me to keep item and her money...

So, following on from yesterday:
* I was selling a collection only item
* A buyer bid on them, but messaged while I was at work to say they didn't realise it was collection only, and could I cancel the bid.
* The auction finished while I was at work, and I didn't see her message, so her bid wasn't cancelled.
* I sent a second chance offer to the other bidder, but he hasn't responded.
Update:
* She paid anyway and apologised, and told me to keep the item and the money.
Now I'm stuck. I have a bulky item I want to get rid of, no buyer at all, and my conscience won't let me keep her money, no matter how much she insists. Having said that, I will still have to pay FVFs for this auction, because technically it's ended and I've been paid, right?
What do I do?

I think you could still cancel the transaction and refund her and you should have your fee credited to your account. Not 100% sure but if you look under 'more actions' cancel should be there. They just have to get the other party to agree to the cancellation. HTH.0

Refund the money minus the fees? She is probably worried that you open an unpaid case. Just be careful she doesn't open non received case. I'd relist. Don't let one bad experience put you off.0

Is it not something that can be sent with a reasonable priced courier?0

Unfortunately not - it's quite long and most couriers seem to dislike anything more than a metre in length. I looked into it when I first planned to list the item.Is it not something that can be sent with a reasonable priced courier?© Cuilean 2005.
