Goggles4u- no offer of 241 on cheap glasses

Looked at the Goggles 4u site as they have an offer at the bottom of each page for a 2nd pair free if you buy glasses costing £15.95 and over. The code is 2NDFREE. But when I tried to add the code it wouldn't take it. I've been trying for a week now and still no luck. So I called them and they said it's only valid on glasses costing £24.95 and up. Its a technical issue they say! Just to warn anyone looking at their site thinking the might get a bargain.

It is disappointing to see that the Terms and Conditions on the goggles4u.co.uk website say:

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Goggles4u web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

They also have a California address on their Customer Service page.

I would respectfully suggest that you consider these points before giving this company any of your business.

24.95? Is that dollars and 15.95 pounds?
