What do I do at this stage

So ive had two parking invoices come from CPP this year, both were for parking on double yellow lines but it was on private land (private parking spots for residents). I have appealed one and just waiting for the reply so I can then appeal to POPLA.
Problem is the other I cannot remember getting a notice to keeper and now I have received a letter stating I owe them £100 within 14 days or further action may be taken. The date if event was the 8th of february, so what do I do here because it says it is too late to appeal?

appeal it anyway, in writing, with free certificate of posting0

Sorry for the late reply but why in writing won't email suffice? What do you mean by free certificate of posting? And what should I say, should I just send the usual template? Thanks for the help0

I have no idea if email will suffice
assume it wont suffice and put it in writing, which is the tried and tested paper trail legal method
a free certificate of posting can be had at the post office, you ask for it, they stamp the envelope and they put the details into the system and give you a free receipt showing proof of posting and carriage
if you need help with that cert of posting, ask at the Post Office as its their free service
yes, use the usual template (why would you do or use anything else)0 -
Well you sure sound like you know your stuff, I love the tone of the post sharp stern and getting down to business. Your help is much appreciated.0

Rather hope your comments are not tinged with a little sarcasm. Redx certainly knows his stuff.
It's very difficult to churn out the same detailed advice, hour after hour, day after day, that many OPs demand (to save them any effort on their part) and for them to receive a 'there, there' stroke of their hair, 'try not to worry about any of this, sit back and we'll get you off this nasty PCN, without you lifting a finger'.
And don't even worry about coming back to let us know how our work saved you a £ton. And absolutely, there is no need to even think about uttering a muted 'thank you'.
In fact thank you for giving us the opportunity to do this all for you.
Sorry @OP - frustration does boil over at times! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I think Redx will take that as a compliment!:)0 -
Unnecessary way to address a newbie who did nothing wrong at all........, there is no need to even think about uttering a muted 'thank you'.

Who holds a gun at your head forcing you to post here?0 -

I notice you've started to give one or two pieces of useful advice on here at last. Then revert to type.........
I'll post what I want; I certainly don't answer to you! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
