Buildings insurance for a block of garages

hello
My business partner and I jointly own a block of 11 garages, all in good condition with Defender locks, which we rent out for vehicle, motorbike or general storage. We are having great difficulty getting quotes for building insurance. The only 'specialist' I have found is:

however, they have not responded to my email request and the only tel no available (for claims) does not work, not a good start.
I have tried the NFU who will only consider us if we have 'other' insurance with them. We have managed to get one quote through a general broker (my partner did that so I don't know who exactly) and we were quoted a whopping £800. Does anyone have any experience of this? Any ideas about who might insure us?

Local brokers, not Swinton, are your best bet but as its commercial insurance and not mass market personal lines I wouldnt expect the premiums to be as competitive0
