Anyone remember that bit in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when the original Gene Wilder says ....

    " no stop come back ..... "

I'd quite like them to come back - visiting isn't for hours and I'm at counting snores boredom.

the OH earns 25k a year and they receive tax credits for 2 children.
yet after all the bills, the OP has £100 a week for 'bits and bobs' plus $50 a day.
so after all bills and food thats £450 a week for spends? ;)

are you claiming tax credits for a dozen or so other kids that don't actually live with you?

I smell bullshine, I'm lucky if I have £50 left after a WEEK once bills and shopping are paid and pocket money for the kids. And if you are genuine in saying you have sore legs you would need a GP to see you and either give you a fit note and then get regular check ups, possibly x-rays, physiotherapy etc. Just SAYING you have sore legs won't get you ESA, your GP HAS to give you fit notes.
edit: Also forgot to ask HOW the hell can you get WTC if your OH earns 25k a year?

Shame on you for making a joke out of something that is very real for some people.
I live off £60 pound a week and nothing more. Plus I manage to save out of that.

    This post is nonsense
OP has an "income" of £100 per week from hubby, child benefit £33 and tax credits leaving "only" £50 per day (£350 per week)...so, assuming OP needs to pay for nothing the tax credits must be around £215 per week
OP you seem to have got the number of children or income incorrect.
You reference £25k "in his hand"...assuming you mean after tax then you should be getting no tax credits (or very minimal)...watch out for a large overpayment to repay...see you back on the boards when you have real money troubles!

    going somewhere else

Where are you going, I want to follow you and see how you get on. I feel for you, I'd also be wanting to know how to survive with just a spare £50 a day, I struggle with £100. Genuine post BTW................
    It's someone else's fault.
