Don't worry, just post ~ I frequently duplicate posts, but .... happens. The more you do, the quicker you get. More often than not, if you do duplicate, someone will have missed it. People are very quick to let you know if it is a duplicate, and you can always go advanced edit, and change the title to duplicate.
I think I've too many duplicates in this post.
