Hi all we have just finished our reduced fruit and veg month we also had lots of offers on there meat so think it might be different depending where you live Im on the South east coast

I haven't bought the salmon for a while, it's a bit dearer than the others, but it just heats up on a really low setting in the micro.
I do buy the herring and mackerel in various sauces, and hubby just takes them in his lunch box to eat cold.

Not sure if right place to post, but as OS make from basic ingredients you may want to know that my local Lidl has half preice fruit & veg week back this week

Not sure if it is nationwide, but def worth a look in if one near you

Apologies to those who find their Lidl fruit & veg is cr*p, mine one has excellent quality items

Thanks for that, my lidl veg used to be [EMAIL="!!!!"]!!!![/EMAIL] but are much improved now.Will wing my way there and have a look.
My daughter has just been with a load of yellow stickered meat she has got for me at our local CO-op. Huge joint of topside, chicken breasts, chump chops and rump steak all at less than half price. So if I can get some cheap veg as well that will be us sorted for some ime.
