Big problem with Parcel Monkey

Paid £25 for a 24hr Delivery. Its been 3 days and we are still waiting. Do not use Parcel Monkey. They should be called Parcel Cowboys!!!!!!!!0

In their defence they are only as good as the couriers they use. If a courier has charged them extra then it makes business sense to pass this charge onto the customer plus an admin fee. If the courier does not deliver when stated then its not really their fault. Any of the courier 3rd party sellers will have this problem and I am yet to find a courier who does not occasionally screw up.0
