Employees and their immediate families of BMW Group and its associated companies, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this draw are excluded from entry. Only one entry per person, per household, no bulk or third-party entries.
2. Entries can be made by completing and submitting the applicable competition form via The Times website.
3. The competition opens on 16th of May at 00:00. The closing date is 10th of June at 23:59.
4. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
5. There will be one winner selected at random from all entries.
6. The winner will receive the following event packages: i) One pair of full hospitality ‘Hill Pavilion’ tickets to the Goodwood Festival of Speed on Saturday 27 June 2015. ii) One pair of ‘Grandstand B’ tickets to Henley Festival on Wednesday 8 July 2015. Iii) One pair of match tickets to the QBE International match (England vs Ireland) on Saturday 5 September 2015 at Twickenham Stadium, including access to the BMW Lounge situated within the west car park.

The winner will also receive the loan of a BMW of their choice between the dates of Thursday 25 June and Monday 7 September. This element of the overall prize is open only to entrants over the age of 25, with 2 years or more driving experience.
8. The promoter does not guarantee that the winner’s preference BMW Model will be available, but will endeavour to do so. BMW M Models and BMW i Models, including but not limited to the BMW M3, M5, i3 and i8 will not be available as the chosen model. The vehicle can only be used for journeys within mainland United Kingdom.
9. The winner must have held a valid UK driving license for a minimum of 2 years with no serious convictions and no more than 6 points on the license, and must provide the driving license upon request, in advance of the vehicle loan.
The BMW vehicle will be provided on a loan basis. The loan of the BMW vehicle is subject to a separate loan agreement and the BMW Loan Car Terms. The winner must agree to these terms before taking possession of the vehicle. Key Loan Car Terms excerpt: the car may only be driven by the winner, only for private use excluding commuting and travelling sales and not for any form of racing; the winner is responsible for any fines, congestion or other charges arising from use of the car and for any damage arising from his failure to take reasonable care; the car is insured subject to an insurance excess of £500 for each and every claim under £5000; £1000 for each and every claim in excess of £5000. Please note these excesses are in addition to any amount payable as a result of misfuelling and / or engine damage due to navigating through flooded areas. For clarity in such instances an additional excess to the value of 10% of the repair costs will be charged. Insurance does not cover personal belongings. BMW has the right to refuse permission to drive if driving offences/disqualifications have occurred or if BMW otherwise considers driver is unfit to drive.
11. Winners will be notified within 3 days of the closing date of the competition.
12. The prize may be withdrawn from the said winners outlined above and a new winner drawn if the prize is not accepted within 3 days of notification.
13. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable unless as stated above.
14. No purchase necessary.
