Most Tesco car parks are ANPR monitored by Highview, threatening the usual stuff if you overstay. Are Highview still actively monitoring Tesco car parks and sending out parking charges for overstays?
I ask, because
1. There have been no Tesco/Highview threads here or on Pepipoo for some time now.
2. I spent 3.5 hours in one of their car parks recently (limit is 3 hours) and the registered keeper (who is not me) has not received anything over 50 days later.
Anyone aware of any recent Tesco parking "infringements" being pursued?
I ask, because

At my local Tesco the ANPR cameras were removed about 2 months ago. There could be truth in the thoughts that Tesco have had a change of mind. Not aware of any 'overstay' tickets either.
