I asked a question regarding my Electoral Roll registration and why it wasn't showing. I asked the question over a week ago and although I have been told they are working on it, I still haven't heard why it isn't showing. Anyone have any experience on how long they take normally?

I would gladly be able to chase for a response to your query for you, please could you [EMAIL="uksocialsupport@experian.com"]email me[/EMAIL] directly with your details (name/dob/address), I will also what to establish why your Electoral Roll information isn't currently showing on your Experian Credit Report.
