    I got a quick response when I put my problem on SP Facebook page.

    Ask the energy ombudsman where it says 85 days on its or ofgems website (and please feedback with its reply).
    Put in a service complaint if your not happy with this explanation, pointing out it said 28 days after accepting the final decision (when all along it knew it would be longer).
