my daughter when with her partner,had the fuel bills in her name,they split up years ago,daughter forgot fuel in her name,,he ran up a debt of 300 ,then it seems changed to his name,,this bill was ran up,after my daughhter left,
got letter from debt cvompany,daughter phoned told them she had split at that time,they asked for rent aqgreement and council tax proof of address,and when she left property,she did all this but company still demanding to be paid,,they said it will go onto her credit file as an unpaid debt,,what more do they want,,got all proof asked for,and still hounding her
