Help with correct approach
Random_Parker
Hi, I'm a newbie and one of the (many) people who normally pays up (feeling intimidated) by what appears to be a 'fine'
Having read the newbies sticky post and lots of other posts with the excellent advice and examples of how to appeal I feel I can now not pay and follow your advice. Just want to make sure I get things right though... So can someone confirm this is the correct approach?
I received a NTK from CP Plus for overstaying the free period at a MSA. The NTK does not cite POFA or say that I as keeper am liable.
Despite the 2nd point above I understand that I should:
1. Appeal to CP Plus using the template in the newbies sticky, using ALL points a. to e.
2. Wait for them to reject (inevitable?) the appeal and issue a POPLA code
3. Create a draft POPLA appeal using all the excellent examples in this forum, then post it here for review prior to submission?
Many thanks.

You are correct in your assumptions. The main thing is to hook the PoPLA code so don't miss the appeal deadline.
You could add that you stayed longer for safety reasons so you weren't tired when you continued your journey.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

...but don't say that, because that will give away the driver. CP Plus do not use POFA 2012, so it is a slam dunk win to state their NTK is not compliant...unless you already said who the driver was.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -
Do not state who was driving.0
