While we love a starched tablecloth, we’re equally happy dining in a more chilled-out setting. Well, Taste of London combines the two in this gluttonous, yet gourmet feast from 17 to 21 June.
Gathering London’s hottest restaurants and brightest chefs in Regent’s Park, this foodie event will serve up culinary treats from the celebrated kitchens of Sushisamba, The Palomar and The Clove Club, to name a few.
What’s more, you and a friend could be the lucky winners of VIP tickets to the event, including an exclusive dinner for two at The House of Ho by simply entering the below competition. With a meet and greet with head chef Bobby Chinn, followed by a veritable feast of Vietnamese dishes, this is a foodie dream.
This year’s ‘flavours of the world’ theme sees new participating names, including Chinese restaurant Chai Wu and Peruvian hotspot LIMA Floral, who are set to add some new taste combinations to this five-day event.
Have more of a carnivorous palate? We recommend the Fire Pit and Smokehouse area that will see Salt Yard’s Ben Tish and Kurobuta’s Scott Hallsworth talk meat. The only way to wash all this down is with a self-pulled Pilsner Urquell pint, or, perhaps an amber brew from one of the hip microbreweries adorning the Craft Beer Tent.
Whatever your culinary tastes, this is a feast fit for a king – or just someone who really likes food.
