Fluid card problem

Hey guys, i recently took out a fluid card with 0% balance transfer until 2017.
All was well for about 4 months, now this months statement i checked online and i have been charged 22.9% interest and no mention of the 0%.
Can they take away the offer for no reason? Needless to say not happy about this as the 0% offer was the sole reason i took out the card.
Thanks in advance.

No, they cannot.
How do you pay? Any chance your monthly payment was late?
Just checked, the payment was posted as 1 day late. Was due on the 19th April I payed on the 17th thinking it would go through the same day as it does with Barclaycard.
Does this cause the offer to be terminated? I really can't afford for this to happen.0 -
The due date is the last day, not a target.Just checked, the payment was posted as 1 day late. Was due on the 19th April I payed on the 17th thinking it would go through the same day as it does with Barclaycard.
Surely:Does this cause the offer to be terminated?

Well, what stopped you to pay by a DD or a little earlier?I really can't afford for this to happen.
Try calling them and asking nicely to reinstate 0%.0
