critique these details please?

(Not my house), only one viewing in four weeks although (apparently) houses in this price bracket aren't moving quickly at the moment anyway in this area?

How big an area? Westward Ho! would not be somewhere I would choose if I were buying in that general area.

For people looking for a family home the fact that there is no family bathroom and (it would appear) only one bath tub, in the attic, might be offputting.

For those looking for a B&B there does not seem to be much information about the business side of things.

The downstairs rooms (other than the kitchen) look pretty small in the photos. Judging by the external pictures that may be misleading but it might be worth getting better picture done.

The B&B things would maybe put me off in the price range, as converting it to a home may be expensive,
The pics show a mixture of style/era.

    Great area imho.

Parts of it look as if it's been run as a small care home; is that actually the case?

I would put the address in the Rightmove listing. Otherwise not much I can see that needs fixing.

Haha, no it hasn't! Why does it look that way? I've suggested they remove some of the tables in the dining room, leaving just one in the middle laid with six places, also to redo the attic room photo without the fans and with the bed made.

To the poster who said no family bathroom, would that make a difference as all the bedrooms are ensuite plus a downstairs bathroom?
