Hi -I also won two tickets to the Lodestar Festival with the Sunday Express. It states on their terms and conditions that if a prize is unavailable an equal or greater prize will be offered. I'm trying to hassle them at the moment for an alternative prize - I'll let you know what happens, but I think they were worth £170 so I'm not giving up just yet!0

Keeping my fingers crossed for both of you.Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -
Brilliant news at last!!
I complained to the Advertising Standards Authority that I was not offered an alternative prize as the festival was cancelled due to the weather.
It has took quite a long time for any news, but on Saturday I was sent £420 worth of Champneys vouchers and an apology for it taking so long so sort out.
I didn't really want to go to the festival anyway, Champneys is much more my sort of thing :rotfl:
Its worth persevering and officially complaining if it comes to that.
It just took a couple of emails and phone calls, the ASA were very helpful and I'm so pleased with the result!!
Champneys here I come!!! :j :j0 -
