Faulty rug advice

I got a rug delivered, which has some thread coming out on one side. I contacted the company and they said they would send a courier out yesterday to collect the faulty one and deliver a new one. Waited in all day and nothing. My guess is they did not book the courier at all. they are closed until Monday morning, so I can't contact them yet. Anyway I am just wondering where I stand if they fail to collect/deliver again. I don't really want to waste another days holiday for nothing. I paid by credit card, but it was under £100.

I would appreciate any advice.

    Did you not try ringing them towards the end of the day when it should have been delivered.
    Get them to do the delivery when you are going to be in, and not at work.....
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.

    Yes, I tried half an hour before they closed but got told the courier can arrive up until 8pm. They only do it Monday - Friday. Very awkward.
