Euro Car Parks-Overstay now with POPLA code but Appeal not rejected

The driver overstayed in a 2 hour free Sainsburys Car Park.
This was a windscreen ticket in England. Having successfully appealed to another PPC previously, I decided to use their online appeal procedure. However now having having read the Forum I probably should have waited for the NTK to arrive after 28 days and before 56, but I was just keen to get rid of this.
The appeal decision came through this week (33 days from incident to their dated letter, 35 from incident to receipt of letter), it's not a rejection but they have asked for store receipts/bank statement.
I thought I had provided but it appears that it was too large to be submitted which I hadn't noticed the first time. I have now converted to a smaller file and submitted the store receipt.
They have also provided a POPLA code. I have read the Newbies Thread (I should have come earlier) and will find the appropriate template for an overstay in a free car park.
The question I have is how long do they have to come back with the decision based on the further information they requested. I have 24 days left to submit a POPLA appeal, when should I submit.
Thank you to everyone that contributes to these threads, they provide the confidence needed to challenge these bogus PCN's.

Impossible to say when they might get back to you - if at all.
But if they've given you a POPLA code I would say prepare one and wait until a few days before the deadline before submitting on-line to see if Euro come back to you with a cancellation before hand.
Things have moved on a little recently - mainly due to the PE vs Beavis case and the link to example POPLA appeals has been removed to avoid people submitting out of date challenges. The case only really impacts the not a GPEOL point.
But you can still take a look at recent POPLA decisions - and find examples that way or use Search the Forum for Sainsburys or ECP to find recent posts0
