Confused by what credit card to get!

Currently have a Amex Gold Rewards that I use for 95% of daily spend.

Looking to switch to something that will give me at a minimum 12 months of 0% spend. I also need to balance transfer about £400 from an older Natwest credit card, ideally I would like that to be part of a 0% offer too.

Would love to only get one new card (less searches on my credit file) and then I can ditch the Amex Gold too.

There just seems to be way to much choice! I figure I need an 'all-rounder' card but I'm struggling to work out which is best for my situation.
