Most people have gone from the house now and it was lovely to see the house stuffed with people who loved him and children in the back garden.

The service was lovely and encaptured the real him. Jazz songs at the crematorium had us in tears.

Came upstairs and got into pjs and had a quiet cry.

Good to hear from you - I'm so glad it well so well. You all did him proud.

Elona - it sounds like your day was as good as could be expected. You are all in my thoughts x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Good evening everyone,

Elona so glad today went as well as you could have hoped. You are very brave.:A

Hilstep so sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my dad over 20 years ago, we watched him deteriorate and it is so sad and heartbreaking to see, my thoughts are with you.:A

BB I do hope the meds help you get well.

HH hope you have had a good day and your stress levels have reduced.

Tru sorry to hear about your back, Scampi is so lucky to have found his forever home.

    Evening all,

glad the day went well Elona. Take one day at a time love. :(

Moorhen, so sad to hear of the passing of your friend.

Knittaplease.... What your Mother should have said was that she didn't want to go with you to take your neice swimming but she wouldn't have minded going to the pub..... Well that says it all really doesn't it? Your sister wont back you up obviously because she's obviously had enough of her.

BB I haven't been reading regularly so I missed your update on your health. Have I got it in my head correctly? You started off as type 2 but are now type 1?

    Have a good evening all.
